When Davidson student drop a class, record-keeping rules in Moodle require that they remain on the class roster (in the Participants list), even though their access to the class site has been revoked, and their status in the Enrolled users list changes to Dropped. When viewing the list, these dropped student listings may create unwanted visual clutter, but the view can be filtered to display only current students.
- Log into Moodle and open your course site. From the course menu bar, click the Participants tab.
- Under Enrolled users, set the Select menu to Status, and when the Type or select menu appears, choose Active.
- Click Apply filters.
- Your enrolled users list should now be filtered to remove dropped students.
