Emergency Tech Support

The T&I Support Center provides emergency support for specific outages and issues through an on-call system.

Tech Issues Eligible for On-Call Support

  • Issues or outages affecting a large number of users on campus
  • Major WiFi or network outages
  • Major service unavailability (email, Banner, Oracle, etc.) affecting a large group of people 

If your outage or issue is eligible for on-call support based on one of the categories above, please call 704-894-2900 and choose option #2.

  • Duo resets
  • Password resets
  • Issues with individual Davidson-managed computers
  • Problems with software
  • Outages or issues affecting one person or a small group of people
