Function Keys Don't Work on Mac Laptop

If the function keys on your Mac computer are not working, try the following steps:

1. Click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner of your Mac desktop.
2. Select System Preferences from the Apple drop-down menu.
3. On the System Preferences dialog box, select the Keyboard icon.
4. Deselect the Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys check box.
