Follow these instructions if you purchased a new phone and would like to use it to authenticate in Duo.
- You will need to have access to your backup authentication device or old phone. If you do not have either, you will need to contact the T&I Support Center.
- Visit a site protected by Duo
- Choose Settings -> My Settings & Devices
- Authenticate using your old phone or backup device. The Duo Mobile app should still work on your old phone.
