Leaving Davidson for Faculty

This article will walk you through the process of transitioning college data to your department, as well as transferring any personal data you would like to retain to a personal account, prior to your last day. We will work with you to ensure a smooth transition as you leave Davidson. We are committed to your continued success and stand ready to support you on this journey. Retiring Faculty have a different set of guidelines.

Your email account will be deactivated at the close of business 90 days after your final day of employment and subsequently deleted 360 days after your final day of employment.

Access to Davidson College services will cease when your email account is deactivated. This includes access to Outlook, Shared Mailboxes, Google Drive, OneDrive, Moodle, Qualtrics, and any other services the college provides that you currently access using your Davidson College email and network password. Your Zoom account will change to a basic license during this transition period.
