Forward Calls Using Cisco Jabber - Employees

Zoom Phone will replace Cisco as Davidson's telephone provider on June 30, 2022. On this date, all Davidson faculty and staff with college phone numbers will begin using Zoom Phone to make and receive phone calls. For questions about the Zoom Phone transition, please email ti@davidson.edu.

Windows

Enable Call Forwarding

1. Sign into the Cisco Jabber app on your computer using your Davidson College email address and password. 

2. Click on   , select Forward calls to, enter the telephone number, and click on Forward.

All of your calls will now be forwarded to that number. 

Disable Call Forwarding

1. Sign into the Cisco Jabber app on your computer using your Davidson College email address and password. 

2.  Click on  to disable call forwarding. Alternatively, click on Click on   , select Forward calls to and click on Do not forward my calls

Mac OS

Enable Call Forwarding

1. Sign into the Cisco Jabber app on your computer using your Davidson College email address and password. 

2.  Click on Screen_Shot_2018-06-22_at_4.45.42_PM.png , select Forward calls to and select New number to enter the telephone number.

3. Enter your new telephone number and click on Forward Calls to: to select the telephone number. Close the Calls Preferences window. You have successfully forwarded your calls to the telephone number of your choice.

Disable Call Forwarding

1. Sign into the Cisco Jabber app on your computer using your Davidson College email address and password. 

2. Click on Screen_Shot_2018-06-22_at_4.45.42_PM.png , click on Forward calls to and then click on Do not forward calls in order to disable call forwarding.
