At Type here to search type cmd, or Press Windows key + X and select Command prompt(Admin) (Right click run as admin)
Type each one of the command below and press enter.
net stop w32time
w32tm /unregister
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /resync
Restart the computer to test the issue again.
