When accessing Outlook via your desktop client, you may encounter an issue when prompted to authenticate with Duo. We are providing these steps to help troubleshoot these potential issues. If you continue to experience issues, please contact T&I.
Flash Player Error
You may be presented with a Flash player error (see screenshot below)
- Click “Ignore”. In some instances, the user may have to do this a few times. Occasionally, you may have to close Outlook and relaunch the application. If you continue to experience the issue, restart your device.
Login Loop Issue
You may find yourself stuck in a login loop and redirected to the login screen after entering your password.
- Close Outlook and relaunch the application. If you continue to experience the issue, restart your device.
