Our latest Banner Self-Service upgrade features a new Employee Dashboard, used to complete tasks that you normally do, including submitting a leave report, viewing tax documents, pay stubs, vacation balances, etc.
When will the Employee Dashboard be available to employees?
The Employee Dashboard will be available for all employees, February 16th, 2021.
How do I access the new Banner Self-Service Employee Dashboard?
Log-in to Banner Self-Service the same way you always have. Once authenticated, click on the Employee tab and select the Employee Dashboard link.
What changes will I see in the new Employee Dashboard?
Although the Employee Dashboard will look different, the functionality remains the same. The Employee Dashboard provides access to TimeClock Plus, leave balances, reviewing pay stub information, and more.
Tax forms and direct deposit are listed separately and will continue to use the old interface until they are updated later this year. Once all forms have been migrated to the new user interface later this year, all campus users will use the Employee Dashboard for all Banner Self-Service related tasks.

What new features are available in the Employee Dashboard?
The Employee Dashboard has some great features available to employees. Here are a few highlights:
- Language Settings - customize your dashboard with the option to choose from a list of languages. Note: language setting changes take effect upon your next login.
- At-A-Glance Leave Balances - view your vacation and sick leave balances directly from the dashboard as soon as you log in.
- My Profile - review your profile and update your emergency contact information.
