Pawprint - Printing Custom Paper Sizes

You can print a variety of sizes beyond standard Letter paper by using the Bypass Tray on pawprinters across campus. If you find yourself constantly using a print size that is not an existing preset, please let us know and T&I can look into adding it as a preset for our printers.

For Macs

Please note - this process may differ per application.

  1. File > Print > Print Using System Dialog
  2. Select Pawprint Employee Advanced
  3. Select the dropdown next to Paper Size, and choose your paper size. If you do not see your size as a preset, select Manage Custom Sizes
  4. For custom sizes - Select the + icon to create a new custom size, then enter the height and width of the custom size and click OK
  5. Once your custom size is set and selected, select Print

At the printer, open the Bypass Tray on the side of the printer and load your paper into the tray. Ensure the guides are snugly fit against your paper. Release your print job as you normally would by scanning your Catcard and selecting the print job for release. The printer will beep at you and ask you to confirm the Bypass Tray is ready. Press the green "Start" button on the printer to start the print job.
