You can download media from YuJa Lumina via individual file or in bulk. The instructions below show the process downloading files from your YuJa My Media Library.
- Log into YuJa Lumina as usual. Navigate to your media library, and open the folder that contains the media you want to download.
- Open the folder and select the media files you want to download by click and dragging. Alternatively, click the More Actions drop-down, then click Select All.
- From the More Actions drop-down, select Download.
- Choose the options you want. You can choose to receive your media in a single ZIP file, or to receive a list of individual download links. You can also select the option to burn captions into the video. T&I does not recommend using this option, because it doesn't meet accessibility standards.
