Accessing Cybersecurity Training

Depending on your job role, you may be assigned annual or twice-annual cybersecurity training. Where you access the training depends on what training you have been assigned to. Questions about accessing training can be sent to ti@davidson.edu.

Accessing Training Via Oracle Learning (Employees Without Davidson Computers)

Employees who do not have a Davidson computer assigned to them, and who do not deal with Davidson data, are required to complete an annual cybersecurity training. This training may be delivered directly via a small group in person or completed digitally.

For 2026, this training has been assigned to specific employees in Oracle Learning. 

1. Log in to oracle.davidson.edu using your Davidson username and password.
2. Click on the Learning and Development tile. The icon is a circle with a triangle inside of it.
3. Click on the My Learning tab at the bottom of the page.
4. Look for the Cybersecurity Training listed in your My Learning Experiences Section.

Accessing Training Via KnowBe4 (Employees With Davidson Computers)

Employees have been assigned Davidson computers for work, or who have access to Davidson data as part of their job role, are required to complete twice-annual cybersecurity training. This training is delivered via KnowBe4.

1. Log in to knowbe4.davidson.edu using your Davidson username and password.
2. Look for your assigned training in your My Training dashboard.
