Office 365 is a cloud-based collaboration and communication suite of software that is used campus-wide at Davidson. It includes popular software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, and Teams. These services are available as locally installed applications, and they also exist on the web at office365.davidson.edu.

✓ Collaboration: Word (word processing/document editing), PowerPoint (presentation creation), Excel (spreadsheet editing), OneNote (cloud based, shareable notebook)
✓ Storage: Sharepoint (shared, online storage), Teams

Documents within these services can be shared with anyone with a Davidson email address by using the share function located at the top right corner of the screen; this also comes with different levels of shared access (view only, edit, delete, etc.).
There is no additional fee for using these services.
