✓ ScreenCloud is available to run on any monitor, TV, or display located on campus, with specific content managers assigned for each area or department that uses Digital Signage.

✓ Relevant news, notices, and updates
✓ For example: Emergency notices, Athletics posters, “wear a mask” reminders, “Meet the department” slideshows, weather, or even social media feeds

DATA SECURITY
It should be assumed that any data pushed to ScreenCloud is visible to anyone physically on campus, since data is visible on any number of screens.
RATES
T&I covers the cost of the new ScreenCloud player/equipment, but each department must provide the screen that content will be displayed on.
