Davidson T&I uses the secondary email address and cell phone number you provide for SSAFER alerts to confirm your identity in the event of a lost or forgotten password. You can update this information via Banner Self-Service.
- Open a browser and go to bannerweb.davidson.edu. Select the left most option - "Login with Davidson Email".
- Sign in using your Davidson email address and password, and authenticate using Duo.
- Under the "Personal Information" tab is the option to "Update cell phone (SSAFER/identity verification) and secondary email address".
- Enter your new phone number and/or secondary email address in the fields provided.
- You must hit "Submit" at the bottom of the page for these changes to be saved.
