Update your secondary email address and cell phone number

Davidson T&I uses the secondary email address and cell phone number you provide for SSAFER alerts to confirm your identity in the event of a lost or forgotten password. You can update this information via Banner Self-Service.


  1. Open a browser and go to bannerweb.davidson.edu. Select the left most option - "Login with Davidson Email".
  2. Sign in using your Davidson email address and password, and authenticate using Duo.
  3. Under the "Personal Information" tab is the option to "Update cell phone (SSAFER/identity verification) and secondary email address".
  4. Enter your new phone number and/or secondary email address in the fields provided.
  5. You must hit "Submit" at the bottom of the page for these changes to be saved.
