The Davidson College Human Resources office is retiring the following reports from data.davidson.edu because of the transition to Oracle HCM. These reports are no longer accurate, should not be used, and will be permanently archived in February 2024. There are some exceptions which are noted below:

Reports for Managers

• Student Hours Worked
• Student I-9 List
• HR Employee Leave Balances
• HR Position Report
• Managers Employee Information Report

Self-Service Reports

• Employee Benefits Summary

The report "Employee Total Compensation Report" will remain available because its data for tax year 2023 will still be accurate. It will be retired at a later date.

The "Vendor Lookup" report will also remain available, but its data is frozen as of January 2024. It does not contain any data from Oracle, and it should only be used for looking up historical vendor information from Banner.
