Banner Self-Service is currently experiencing a navigational bug where a blank menu appears after clicking on the four square navigational menu. Use the steps below to resolve this issue. This is a temporary process to take until Banner is able to resolve this bug.
1. To access Banner Self-Service, log in to bannerweb.davidson.edu, sign in with your Davidson email address and password and authenticate with Duo. The initial Banner splash screen should appear.
2. Click on the four square (waffle) logo in the upper left corner. The menu will appear as just a blank box.
3. Click on the “Davidson College” logo/name to the right of the four square, to refresh the screen.
4. Click on the four square (waffle) logo in the upper left corner again. The menu should now appear.
