→ Moodle
You'll no longer be able to access Moodle after the date noted above. Please save any files you need continuing access.
→ LinkedIn Learning
You'll no longer be able to access LinkedIn Learning after the date noted above. Contact LinkedIn Learning for information about continued paid access.

→ Wolfram Mathematica
You'll no longer have access to your Wolfram Mathematica after the date noted above. Recent graduates are eligible for continuing access through the Wolfram Early Professionals Program.
→ Banner Self-Service and Degree Works
You'll no longer have access to Banner Self-Service or Degree Works after the date noted above.

Class of 2025 January, May and August Graduates: Access for the following services continues through April 30, 2026.
→ Email and Office 365 Applications
Your Davidson College email and Office 365 apps remain active under April 30 on the year after your graduation. This means you will have access to your email, calendars, contacts, and Office 365 applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You can continue to access your email in the same way as when you were a student, via your smartphone/tablet, the Outlook desktop app, or outlook.davidson.edu.
After April 30 of the year following your graduation, you will no longer have access to your Davidson College email, Office 365 applications, or any college resources associated with your account. It is important that all applications associated with your Davidson College email address be updated with a personal email address prior to this date to avoid loss of access. Examples include Spotify, Apple ID, YouTube, personal banking, etc.

→ Davidson Domains
You'll have access to your Davidson Domain until April 30 of the year following your graduation. However, you can keep your domain and all the websites you’ve created on it after this time period by migrating your content to your own Reclaim Hosting account. This is an easy and affordable option at $30/year. There are additional options, so please review our knowledge base article for instructions and options that best meet your needs. If you have created a website that is being used by a class or is Davidson College-related, has a public or collective audience, and needs to be preserved, please email the Library.
→ Duo
You will continue to use Duo to access applications that require two-factor authentication until your email account expires. If you get a new phone, contact T&I at ti@davidson.edu or call 704-894-2900 and we will assist you with Duo activation on your new device. For security purposes, T&I will verify your identity as part of this process.
→ Google Drive
You can continue to access your Google Drive account until your Davidson College email account expires. Before your account expires, move any files from your Davidson College Google Drive account to a personal Google Drive account or another cloud storage option of your choice. → Handshake
You can continue to access Handshake with your Davidson email address until your Davidson College email account expires. If you'd like to continue to access Handshake after graduation, make sure to update your primary email address in Handshake before your Davidson email expires.
→ OneDrive
You can continue to access your Microsoft OneDrive account until your Davidson College email account expires. Before your account expires, move any files from your Davidson College OneDrive account to a personal OneDrive account or another cloud storage option of your choice. → Student Health Portal / PyraMED
You will continue to have access to your student health portal to print off immunization records as well as receipts for visits until your Davidson College email account expires. Learn more about accessing your health records.
→ YouTube
If your YouTube account is associated with your Davidson College email address, use these instructions to download any content you would like to retain.
→ Zoom
Your Zoom account will change to a basic license during this period. With a Zoom Basic license, you will continue to log in with your Davidson credentials but will experience some account limitations. Meetings of three or more participants will be limited to 40 minutes and you'll not be able to record meetings to the cloud.
Staying Connected
After graduation, stay connected to Davidson and other alumni through Davidson Connect. This digital alumni platform includes an alumni directory, mentoring opportunities, job and internship postings, group connections, and more. Visit www.davidsonconnect.com to activate your profile.
