Blackbaud CRM - Customer Relationship Management

Blackbaud is the customer relationship management (CRM) software application Davidson College uses to manage the relationships and interactions with constituents that support our mission and fundraising efforts. It is found at (login required). It is the database record for alumni, parents, donors, and friends of the college. 


Access to CRM is granted by the College Relations Advancement Operations department. Attendance to a 30-45 minute overview training session is required before access will be granted. Advanced access may require review and additional training sessions.
