SUMMARY
Zoom is a web conferencing platform that is used for audio and/or video conferencing. It includes services such as Zoom meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phone. Zoom is Davidson's primary phone and video conferencing platform. The Zoom Phone system also provides service for emergency blue light phones, elevator phones, call boxes and faxes across campus.
Zoom is preinstalled on all Davidson-managed computers. The Zoom app can also be installed by users on their personal devices.

Licenses are individual, no sharing is allowed.
DATA SECURITY
Data in Zoom should be monitored by meeting hosts. Zoom provides a selection of meeting participant data accessible at zoom.davidson.edu.
RATES
There is no additional fee for using Zoom when logged in with a Davidson account.
