SUMMARY

Ad Astra Event Management is Davidson's central platform for room and resource scheduling. This enterprise-level system enables efficient management of campus spaces, from small meetings to large events, while integrating directly with the Campus Public Calendar and Davidson One portal.  

Important Notice

Do not request spaces in Ad Astra until Monday, July 6. Continue to use EMS for your space requests up until 5:00 pm (EST) on Friday, June 26. Confirmed EMS reservations will be imported into Ad Astra the first week of July.

AVAILABILITY

✓ All campus users can request space. Sign In to Ad Astra with your Davidson Account

Once you have signed in, click on the Events icon on the left side to access the request portal.    

NOTE:  The first time you log in, it takes a few minutes for the system to apply permissions to your account. You may need to refresh your browser a few times before the request portal is displayed.
