The Job Submission module facilitates the submission of reports and processes throughout Banner. The jobs that can be run in Banner are defined by each module. They are all different and correspond to each individual department or access.
Access Banner (Select Davidson employee accounts)
✓ Only authorized users
✓ Submitting a Banner report or process for processing.
✓ Defining the characteristics of each Banner report or process that can be run at your institution.
✓ Defining the parameters that control the processing of a report or process.
✓ Defining user-level defaults for the parameters that control the processing of a report or process.
✓ Displaying output from a report or process that was run through Job Submission and saved to the database.

Each department can authorize specific roles/access levels to their employees. Only T&I can grant those roles while creating/updating the user profile in Banner.
Data in Banner may be classified as 1-Confidential and 2-Official Use Only and is subject to usage outlined in the Administrative Data Security Policy.
Banner access is provided for Davidson College departments and users with no additional fee.
