Kuali Build is an online form building and workflow platform available to all faculty, staff, and students. The form interface includes a number of modern gadgets (including electronic signatures) and a drag-and-drop editing interface. Forms can also auto-fill user information and other Davidson data points (buildings, courses, etc). A workflow designer allows form builders to route submissions to approvers or send emails.
✓ All Davidson users (faculty, staff, and students)
✓ Non-Davidson users (can submit forms only)
✓ Creating web forms
✓ Creating approval and notification workflows after form submission
→ For form and workflow building, refer to Kuali Build’s knowledge base

Each individual form has its own access permissions. By default, only the form creator has access to the form. You can share a form by granting access to “All Authenticated Users” (anyone with an active Davidson account) or to “Anonymous Users” (anyone on the web). More granular access can also be provided to individual users or groups of users.
